Introduction / Specification:

Our Honing Oil is the essential component to your sharpening process. It is heavy-duty low viscosity oil that is designed for the honing and super-finishing of ferrous and non ferrous metals. It has low viscosity and excellent wetting characteristics to reduce drag-out. It provides excellent flushing and lubrication properties.

Application / Composition:

EASTTO METALHONE TX is suitable for machining operations, like Honing, Turning, Drilling, Tapping, Broaching and Boring of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys where non-staining type light coloured and low viscosity oil is required.

SEMI SYNTHETIC CUTTING OIL

SEMI SYNTHETIC CUTTING OIL:

SEMI – SYNTH CUTTING OIL is premium quality semi synthetic cutting oil for machining and grinding of ferrous and non – ferrous metal and alloys. It forms a translucent emulsion to provide a clear view of work piece and tools with extended tool life and improved finish of work piece. It resists bacterial attack to control the emulsion stability with excellent rust and corrosion protections. This semi synthetic coolant is ideal for individual and central sump system with low foaming tendency and dissipates heat faster.

QUENCHING OIL

Introduction / Specification :

QUENCHING OIL series are slow to high speed quenching oils developed for the heat treatment of ferrous metals in a wide variety of quenching operations. They provide excellent thermal and oxidation stability offering long service life with minimum sludge formation. Their low volatility characteristic reduces oil loss from the vaporisation and the uniform heat dissipation property minimises stress and metal distortion ensuring uniform hardness. Quenching oils divided into following categories

  • Straight Type Quenching Oil
  • Compounded Type Quenching Oil
  • Additive Type Quenching oil
  • Mar Quenching Oil

Application / Composition :

They are recommended for hardening of ferrous metals such as Carbon steel, Gray iron and High-alloy steel. It is used in quenching of Crank shafts, Gear parts, automotive leaf springs, High speed tools, Nut bolts, Bright bars and Industrial components.
